Overall I had a great expirence purchasing my car from here. Harry Mays and Dan Bachert really set the bar high for my first car buying expirence. After the first test drive when I called them to let them know I would purchase the car they got all the paperwork ready for me so the whole process was much simpler. Very friendly staff too!

This is my 5th new car purchase from Phillips Chevy in the last year and 6mo. Sam Darwish has been my salesman on all 5 purchases, he has always gone above and beyond to make sure im taken care of. The management staff always does a great job taking car of my loans and i never have to worry about anything when i deal with Phillips. The service dept also is top notch in my book and Harry in aftersales makes sure i'm in and out when i buy a new car. I'm never buying a car anywhere else they have a customer for life!!!!!!

My experience at Phillips was great. My husband of 30 years passed away in November of 2009, and I have not personally bought a car in 35 years! I would come home from work, and we would have a new vehicle. So taking this first step was, I have to admit, a little frightening. I pulled into Phillips, and was greated by Ali Fidani in the parking lot. I told him I was there to meet with CJ who had given me an internet quote. He took me to a sales desk, and brought over CJ who then turned the process over to Ali. Ali was informative, helpful, not pushy at all, and handled everything exactly how I wanted it done. Very professional, and courteous. In fact everyone I met at your dealership was very cheerful, professional, and helpful, Harry, Louie, and the finance person. I am very satisfied with the new Equinox, and would recommend your dealership to anyone! Keep up the good work!

My salesman, Jason Sereiko, was new to Phillips but I didn't know he was so informative on all Chevrolets, not just my interest in a Silverado. He will be an asset to Chevrolet & Phillips. Tim Christ in service & Scott in Parts all have been friendly and helpful. I have been a loyal new Chevrolet customer since 1984 but have had a "bowtie" since I could drive. "Outstanding Customer Service"
Thanks for making my car-buying experience painless and even enjoyable. That sounds weird to say, but accurate. While it's true that I had done all the research I could think of, looking at the Carfax report, reading reviews, and researching interest rates, that does not insure an easy and delightful dealer experience. Even if I had all the information in the world at my disposal, I could have still been put off and irritated by a staff that tried to pressure me, talk down to me, or play games with the numbers. This is not what happened. Everyone I talked to at Phillips was knowledgeable but willing to listen, friendly but not pushy, and very helpful. Jaime, Harry, and Yassin should be held up as an example of outstanding customer service. Jaime even drove with me to Enterprise to drop off my rental car. Thanks again, everyone! "Fantastic Dealership"
This is a fantastic dealership. I have owned several BMW's in the past and I was always treated like a PRINCE. I really liked the Camaro and I went to Phillips Chevy. And let me tell you, I was treated like KING. Every single employee I cam in to contact with was so helpful and nice. There was NO pressure to buy and the price of the vehicle was great. I felt that they were not trying to rip me off and they went WAY out of their way to make me happy. Even the General Manager came up to me and made sure I was comfortable and happy (great guy). All I can say is this dealership is the best I have been to and would recommend it to anyone. I will never buy a vehicle from any other dealership as long as I live and neither will my family. The internet response was very quick, which led us to test drive the 2011 Cruze at Phillips Chevrolet. Henry King was very helpful and knowledgeable about this car. The inventory to pick from was tremendous, but we quickly narrowed down our choice. The negotiation part was handled appropriately, since our trade in vehicle was given a sincere amount. When the deal was finalized, Harry Mays and Matt Braley handled the financing and paperwork effortlessly. Overall, it was a very positive experience at Phillips Chevrolet.

"Good Follow Through"
I had the dealer order a bug deflector for the front of the truck and paid it at the time of purchase....I was curious if this would get lost in the shuffle....to my surprise and delight Phillips called the next day to set up the installation. Our overall experience with Phillips has been great.
First, Albion, was very helpful and very friendly. When we arrived to purchase the Traverse that I recived a quote for via the email, Albion could not find the car, and had to find a similar car. Only to find out that the Traverse I recieved the quote on was not in stock, but was due to be delivered.
Second, everyone has been very helpful. The DVD system was installed without incident, however service forgot to vacuum out the back of the car where they did the work. When I dropped off the car, for service, the woman in charge of the loaner cars seemed very stressed and was not real friendly.
The Traverse is due back for service on Tuesday to replace the seat cover, which was cut when the plastic was removed from the seat. I'm looking forward to another good experience.

When I walked into the dealership I had one thing on my mind, and that was to get a 2011 Chevy Camaro.
As I walked around and looked at all of the Camaro's, Sam and myself determinded which one would be best for me, and we found the PERFECT FIT!!!
I drove off in a Silver, Chevy Camaro, I am now in my dream car thanks for Sam!!
Also thanks to Harry for pimping out my ride,, I feel like a super star!

My experience at Phillips/Frankfort with my new car purchase was excellent. The staff was friendly and very helpful. In the past, I have dealt with aggressive and unfriendly dealerships. However, this was not the case at Phillips. All the team members took their time to listen and answer my questions. Each team member had a role to ensure I was satisfied with the purchase of my new vehicle. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Phillips/Frankfort.

Jaime is friendly, listens to your auto needs, suggests an appropriate vehicle, explains its features and regularly follows-up. I recently Bought a 2011 Camaro from Phillips Chevrolet and sales consultant Dan Sues. This is the second car that I have purchased from Phillips in than last year. Each experience was GREAT, the price came in just where I had hoped. The service during the sale provided by Dan Sues was second to none.
