I have purchased approximately 15 vehicles from Phillips since 1985. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and dedicated to their jobs and especially customer satisfaction. I would like to mention some of the staff that I have had the pleasure of dealing with on my purchases. Curtis Pascarella the owner, Mike Maheras, Rafat Alamawi, Henry Rhodes, Rami Alamawi, Jaime Birks, Louie Hatzis, and Yasin and Mike in Financing. The service department is outstanding, Dan, Scott, Tim, and Paul all do a thorough job in explaining what service was done to correct any problems, and I don't even have to ask for a car wash, that's automatic. And Joe who provides me with a ride home in the courtesy shuttle any time I have my vehicles in for service, or an oil change. Obviously I'm extremely satisfied with Phillips and hope to be buying cars and trucks there for another 25 years. The sales rep, Jeff Stewart, was very knowledgeable and helpful - Manager Mike Maheras made sure I was satisfied with the complete process - Finance Manager Mike DiTola provided detail information on my finance and warranty options - Matt and Harry from the delivery area provided detail information on options available to me. Because of the Phillips' staff is why I have purchased a referred family and friends that over the past 4 years resulted in the purchase of 9 vehicles. Eric was our first contact when we were looking to purchase a new vehicle.He was very patient,showed us several models and answered all our questions. When we returned in two weeks he remembered us, took a test drive with the car we purchased(2011 Equinox) and worked well with us on the purchase price and our trade in(2001 Tahoe).Phil Explained the On Star program thoroughly and sold the Protector program to keep the Equinox looking good. Mike did all the financing and paperwork at the end and was most enjoyable to talk to. After all the Protector work was done the following day,Eric called to let us know to pick it up. He helped with the On Star introduction, switched our plates,and then sat in the car with us and again went over all instructions to use all the buttons,levers, and knobs.I'll be referring to the owners manual a lot in the next few weeks. The whole process was very pleasant and Eric is an asset to your dealership.. We've already had three people ask about the Equinox and where we purchased it.We told them Phillips Chevrolet.We will return for our next car also. Bought a 2011 Cruze ECO in April...Had been researching this vehicle for almost a month..Dealt with 4 area dealership internet specialists...Phillips had a "NO PRESSURE" approach to myself as a prospective new car buyer...Bob Pearson was very friendly(as were all the staff that evening), knew everything there was to know about the Cruze I was wanting to purchase, and made the entire selection/purchase process a pleasant, stress-free experience..also the selection of inventory available at Phillips was the BEST in the area!! Actually paid LESS than I had intended on spending on this purchase!! Most DEFINITELY WILL recommend Phillips to anyone looking to make ANY type of car purchase. Thanks again for all you do!!!

We found them on the internet. They quoted an internet price and an offer of another
dicount because of the holiday weekend and we got just that. They had the car that was quoted and with all the equipment on it. Many tell you they have the car but you get there and it does not exist. We would recommend this dealership to the person who does not have time to keep running around from place to place. You can pick the car and ask for a price that is the price "out the door" and you will actully get just that price.
