We worked with Albion Balaj -- a very nice guy, and very knowledgeable about cars. He was reasonable in negotiations, and we quickly concluded a deal. I would absolutely buy another car from him. The business manager was also very friendly, and quickly concluded the paperwork. We also met several other salespeople, who were likewise friendly and highly into cars.

Phillips Chevrolet really took me by surprise!!! I went in there thinking it would be like every other dealership, and they were the complete opposite!!! They were very hospitable including ALBION BALAJ whom sold us the car; he did a great job of explaining the vehicle in which we chose from top to bottom....very ppl friendly!!!! I left there with a new chevy sonic hatchback, in which I love by the way and also left there with my head up high knowing that I got a great deal!!! Thanks Phillips Chevrolet of Frankfort!!!

Just bought a 2012 Chevy Camaro from Albion Balaj. This is my second vehicle I have bought off this man. The other a 2010 Chevy Tahoe. Both experiences have been extrodinary. Set up and went over everything the vehicle has to offer. I would highly recomend asking to have Albion assist you in any purchases that you may be considering.

The only thing that I found disturbing was another salesmen tried giving me HIS card even though I made it clear Albion was my salesmen. This is the 6th vehicle I have purchased from Phillips. I continue to return because the staff is always very freindly and dedicated to taking care of your needs and requests. I found my salesman Albion to be extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased. My purchase was a 2011 Malibu LTZ I am really impressed with this vehicle. I feel you get alot of standard items on this car for the pricepoint it is in. After driving a Volvo for the last 4 years, I feel I was a hard sell. Way to go Cherolet! I will return to Phillips for future purchases. Keep up the good work!

Second car i bought from here. Albion is helpful, though guy. He did a great job of fighting to lower the price, but alas GM is at fault for that. I called and spoke to a friendly representative and he told me about the great incentives that they were offering. So, i decided to go to the dealer personally with my wife and when i arrived i was greeted by a friendly sales representative by the name of ALBION BALAJ, he took the time to to explain and demonstrate all the awesome features the Silverado has to offer. He was very knowledgeable and responsive to all my questions. The best part is that everyone was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Phillips Chevrolet to anyone who wants to buy a new or used car or pickup truck because they are the biggest Chevy dealer around and have quite a variety of colors and vehicles to choose from. Thanks again to Albion and Phillips Chevrolet I look forward to our future encounters, as i will definetly be getting my new Chevy serviced there.

The customer service here is great. Albion, my salesperson was very friendly, patient and informative but not too pushy like most salesmen. I came into the dealership not too sure of what I even wanted other than I was ready for a brand new car. I feel as if I left there with the perfect car for me. Phillips being my last dealership stop of the day being exhausted and frustrated Albion turned my entire mood and car shopping experience upside down. Our overall experience with Phillips has been great.
First, Albion, was very helpful and very friendly. When we arrived to purchase the Traverse that I recived a quote for via the email, Albion could not find the car, and had to find a similar car. Only to find out that the Traverse I recieved the quote on was not in stock, but was due to be delivered.
Second, everyone has been very helpful. The DVD system was installed without incident, however service forgot to vacuum out the back of the car where they did the work. When I dropped off the car, for service, the woman in charge of the loaner cars seemed very stressed and was not real friendly.
The Traverse is due back for service on Tuesday to replace the seat cover, which was cut when the plastic was removed from the seat. I'm looking forward to another good experience.

Albion was a pleasure to deal with. He was very helpful and corteous. Manager Mark was also very friendly and while I spent about $500 more than I had hoped to, the friendly way they handled the sale made me feel ok with it. A+ to both of them.
