I had very little time to make my wife's Xmas special by buying her the dream car of her choice (2016 Chevy Impala) but Andrew and Joe made that all happen on Dec 23rd. The entire car buying process was so easy! I hadn't bought a new car from a dealership in almost 20 years, and Phillips Chevrolet made the whole process easy and smooth! The internet pre-processing and personal chat was a great way for us to start the process the day before, so when I walked in the next day, my financing was set and ready to go. No need to sit and wait for a loan approval. With a hectic schedule, that made a HUGE difference.

My husband and I just purchased our dream car and the service was superb and we got a great deal. It was easy quick but sufficient. From the time we entered to the time we pulled off with our car you felt like family like you were entering someone's home. They greeted us at the door directed us to our wonderful salesman Justin Nooner who offered us something to drink lead us to our dream car and then to financing department with Mark Hawk who was excellent as well. This was one of the most pleasant purchase experiences that I have had outside of my personal/family relationship with another dealer. I left the other dealer, not out of dissatisfaction, but out of simple economics, as a retiree. I am not a difficult purchaser when I know that I have been treated fairly. I do not look for the best price - I look for the best "feeling" that I get from an experience. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, at Phillips was tremendous (friendly, courteous, interested, calm, collected, sincere, all the things that are important to me). But, if I must say a few words about each of them, as I feel may be important to them, it would be this: a. Rami: the true example of what most car buyers want in a sales person (a partner in a deal, not a foe - great product knowledge, efficient, persistent - which I find important, and even admirable, in a sales person, knows his limits with people, I am quite sure - very bright about human nature, I feel); b. Cymone: very thorough, hardworking and precise (she made every one of my email requests an easy thing - she replied quickly and efficiently with reliable data, very friendly); c. Angel: awesome guy (I can easily tell that this guy is a good dad and brings his ethics, his understanding, his entire persona to his workplace - and, that's an admirable trait in a person; d. Mark: prepared, knowledgeable, understanding, efficient (I suffered no "I'll get back to you" or "I'll have to check" or any other blow-off answers to anything - very impressive).

Phillips had the exact 2015 Malibu LTZ I was looking for, whereas every other dealer had similar cars. They have very friendly service as soon as you arrive there, and I had an excellent experience with sales consultant, Joe Hamdan!
