I was raised in Minnesota and moved to Chicago in 1977. I was in the Marines for five years and I served 2 tours of Vietnam. I am married to my wonderful wife, Mary for over 26 years. We raised two wonderful daughters Katie and Ali. I have two beautiful grandchildren which I love spending time with, James and Charli.

My salesman was Brian Kramer and i have to tell ya he was great!! I went to 5 other dealers before i made my way to Phillips Chevy. Upon meeting Kramer we hit it off from the start he was very courtious and he made me feel comfortable. Everyone i came into contact with from Robert Noer going over the bin packages with me to Mike Darge taking care of the numbers on the deal and even Harry handling my extras went above and beyond. But i have to say it all started with Brian Kramer i will be back and i will for sure be sending people to Phillips and Brian.

Very impressed on how I was greeted upon my visit at the dealership. Mr. Kramer was there to welcome me and treated with prompt courteous service. I even got a follow up call as I went to another dealership to shop autos. Credit Mr. Kramer for not being "pushy" but rather helpful in offering any assistance in helping me make an educated car buying decision. Finally, the entire show went out of their way to make me feel welcome...from the finance officer to the other sales staff. I found the entire staff very friendly and willing to assist from the first time I visited. My sales associate is Brian Kramer whom I have known and trusted through previous purchases. He is always friendly, courteous and straightforward and this for me really makes purchasing an automobile a less stressful experience. very friendly dealership, everyone willing to help once someone walks in the door. sale person went over features of the car that was sold. was referred to dealer from another customer. price of equinox is better than ford edge and escape, just wish it was little lower in price.
