I grew up in Hazelcrest, Illinois and moved to Wisconsin when
I was in high school. That's when I started following the Packers.
I moved back to Illinois in 1992 and started at Phillips in August of
the same year. I have a 14-year-old son, Arik, who keeps me busy
with baseball and basketball, and a "Morkie" (Maltese and Yorkie mix)
named Fergie. I am recently married to my husband Mike.

Christine Finch took care of me and my car on Saturday, November 1. I had called Triple A and they discovered that the Serpentine Belt had broken so I had my car towed to Phillips. Christine waited for me to make sure that I was taken care of. She also had a loaner for me for the weekend. When the car was fixed, Christine called me but I was unable to pick up my car. I was ill, so she had the porter return my car to my home and pick up the loaner. This was just so very thoughtful and most convenient for me. I thank Phillips and especially Christine for your professionalism, courtesy and thoughtfulness in this whole experience. The car is working fine and I am better. Thank you! I have worked in the Frankfort area for 7 years, and I know a few people that I had great experiences with at Phillips. I had several warning lights come on during my way to work from Northwest Indiana. I past several deals on my way to Frankfort, but based on other peoples experience with Phillips, I was determine to make it to them. I arrived, Christine greeted me almost immediately. She was very friendly and courteous and assured me that the team at Phillips when help me re solve the issues with my car. After going over the issues with my car, Christine offered to have me driven to work and updated me via email during the day as to the progress on my car. I will not hesitate to have Christine and the team at Phillips’ services my car in the future. Be nice if Phillips started carrying Cadillac's, which is my GM car of choice. This appointment was initiated via my iPhone app, hint, it's worthless. Upon arrival I was greeted by Christine Finch with a kind smile and a kind word which consistent anytime I come to Phillips to purchase a car or have service done. I explained to Christine the nature of the visit was not only for brakes but for various reasons. I knew this would be a costly visit simply because of all of the issues this car was having. Although the appraisal took three hours, I was not surprised because I know how thorough the Mechanics are when checking a vehicle. It would have been nice to have some coffee, however, the vending machine for coffee is STILL broke and the vending machine next to it was leaking water all over the floor. I will say there was always someone attentive to the water on the floor, wiping the mess up very often. When Christine approached me with the list of repairs, my hunch proved accurate, allot of work=allot of money. In the process, Christine did a great job explaining, in detail, everything they suggested needed to be done on the car. I say suggested because at no time did I feel forced in having to do any or all of the repairs. But, I knew I didn't have a choice because I didn't want my wife driving an unsafe vehicle. In total, it was about a day and a half of work well spent. I am VERY happy with the results from Service to repair. What I was not happy with was the price. Given the quantity of work, I knew it was going to cost, but as an example, to charge $59.50 to check out a sliding door, clean the pads and lube the door is over the top. In fact, I have nothing but great things to say about Joe Armstrong, Scott Perak and Brian Kramer, too.
