Overall I had a great expirence purchasing my car from here. Harry Mays and Dan Bachert really set the bar high for my first car buying expirence. After the first test drive when I called them to let them know I would purchase the car they got all the paperwork ready for me so the whole process was much simpler. Very friendly staff too!

I was born and raised in Crete, Il. I am a 2004 graduate of Crete-Monee H.S. and 2008 graduate of Southern Illinois University of Carbondale with a BA in Political Science. I have coached in the Crete baseball league for 7 years and was the manager of one of Crete's traveling teams, the Crete Cyclones. I also had the opportunity to work as a counselor at a day camp and a director for an after school program.

Twice the Phillips Chevy goodness! Me and my wife purchased a new Equinox in September, 2010. We are extremely happy with the vehicle and even more impressed with our sales guy, Dan Bachert. Any time my wife brings it in for an oil change, Dan stops by to say hi and makes sure she/we are 100% satisfied with the vehicle. After I put 260K on my Pontiac over the last 10 years, it was time to get something more reliable and fuel efficient. We ended up right back at Phillips because of the great service we experienced before and were equally satisfied the second time around. Our garage looks like a min Chevy dealership with a Chevy Cruze LTZ parked next to my wife's Equinox LT. Thanks, Phillips!

I dealt with Dan Bachert and Harry Mays and they were outstanding. My brother had referred me to Dan and I would recommend him to anyone considering purchasing a Chevy. Very easy and low pressure, and very willing to listen to your needs and wants. The particular vehicle I wanted was not in stock, but they found it at another dealer and had it there within an hour. This is a fantastic dealership. I have owned several BMW's in the past and I was always treated like a PRINCE. I really liked the Camaro and I went to Phillips Chevy. Went in to check on the 2011 Impala's.Talked with Dan Bachert and he gave the dealers best price with options that we had wanted. My wife and I checked out several dealers in the area.Big differences in prices and very pushy and arrogant sales people.I cant beleave the differences from dealer to dealer and sales people,prices. Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort, IL is the best place to buy a car. As soon as you get there, you are greeted very nicely by a salesman, ours being Dan Bachert. I was with my stepdad. We went into the dealership just looking for a new car. We walked out with a very nice 2008 Impala. Daniel is very fast at what he does. He got us a great deal, that was affordable. I highly recommend Phillips Chevrolet because, here, the people actualy care about getting you into a nice new car, not just your money. I will make sure to come back when I need a car, as well as recommend this dealership to my family/friends looking to buy a new car.

I'm a New York Times bestselling author and lecturer who travels constantly. I literally had one day to lease a new car before I started out on tour again. Daniel Bachert is one of the most professional and astute salespeople I have ever worked with. I was so busy with work I couldn't attend to the preliminary aspects of choosing which model I wanted and working out the financing, so a dear friend of my mom's along with my mom took care of it for me. Daniel treated them with such kindness and respect. He treated me the same way. What make him and this dealer as a whole so extraordinary to me is not only their people skills, but their genuine desire to fair and helpful. From a customer standpoint they are golden.
From a business standpoint, I was also impressed. Daniel and the finance department gave me a very fair deal. It's good business because they will have my business now for years to come and I am VERY loyal.
Initially we went to Rizzo in Orland Park and the staff there were awful, arrogant, condescending and greedy. I was physically sickened. Philips in Frankfort was such a relief after the negative experience at Rizzo.
I wouldn't only recommend this dealership, I shall probably give them a plug in one of my next books. Stay tuned!
