I was born in Chicago and raised in Mt. Greenwood. I moved to the south suburbs when I was 13. After graduating from Rich South High School, I proudly served 4 years in the Marine Corps in the 2nd Marine Division in Infantry where I left as Corporal. While serving, I traveled all over Europe and the Middle East. I'm now a proud father of Brianna Rose-10 (who LOVES to shop).

I've heard that buying a vehicle is the most stressful experience short of purchasing a house. After buying 9 new vehicles in my lifetime, I can say first hand that it's true. This purchase was a fantastic experience and I think it all started with my salesperson, Jaime Birks. She was there for me to answer all my questions and was not pressuring on me to buy. To me, that is the best way to earn my business. I can't say enough on the help Jaime gave us. When it came down to crunch time Jaime got help from Mike Darge, and he gave us a great deal. This is my second purchase of a new vehicle. I could not be more pleased by the unbelievable ease in which to make a major purchase. Phillips does not operate like the old days when they put you in the box and what could have been an easy and fairly quick transaction became a horrible experience. Mike Darge was pleasant kind and non pressure and said his duty is to make our experince a non stressful event. Mike turned us over to Jaime Birks and she was equally pleasant and very thorough in explaining how everything worked and even set our blue tooth up for our phones. I carry some of mike and jaime business cards with me so i can turn other people on to a great dealership, one which really cares about their customers. Overall just excellent people to deal with on a large purchase for a family.

I purchased a 2011 Chevy Cruze this morning, thanks to Michael Darge and Eric Sieloff. I came in last weekend and told them exactly what i was looking for and Eric helped me out greatly, and found me just the right one! I got to test drive the car before my decision and then we went from there. He also explained so much about the car and was very helpful!! Michael Darge as a sales manager, helped me more than i could ask for as well! He answered all my questions and got me right to where i had to be. My experience at the dealership has been excellent and would recommend them to everyone!

My experience at Phillips/Frankfort with my new car purchase was excellent. The staff was friendly and very helpful. In the past, I have dealt with aggressive and unfriendly dealerships. However, this was not the case at Phillips. All the team members took their time to listen and answer my questions. Each team member had a role to ensure I was satisfied with the purchase of my new vehicle. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Phillips/Frankfort.

We had probably shopped at 10-12 different car dealers in our pursuit of a new SUV prior to coming to Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort, Illinois. We had been comparing various makes and models for several days. Some sales personnel were more helpful than others. However, when we arrived at Phillips Chevrolet we felt the sales team really wanted to find a good match of a car for our needs and wishes. We drove both a 6 cylinder and a 4 cylinder Equinox and looked at the various colors and interiors as well as the packages. We finally settled on an Equinox LTZ in Mocha Steel Metallic with a 2-tone brown and black interior. Unfortunately - among the many Equinox SUVs in stock at Phillips Chevrolet - they didn't have this exact match. So they began the search for our ideal car. It actually took several days but they located a car and had it driven in from Ohio! We picked it up just a few days ago and everything is exactly as we wanted it to be. We are convinced that both Marty McKenna and Mike Darge went above and beyond the call of duty to find the exact car we wanted. We would highly recommend Phillips Chevrolet to our family and friends.

I started my search for a new car by looking on their website. I sent an email requesting more information and I received a response from Josh, in internet sales, the same day. We set up a day for me to come test drive the 2011 Cruze I was looking at a week later and who would've thought I would've walked out the door the same day with a new car. This was the first time I have bought a "new" car and I must say I had the best experience ever at Phillips Chevy and I highly recommend this dealership. My sales guy was Eugene and he was great. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I was purchasing. Eugene and Mike worked hard to get me the best deal. Everyone at Phillips Chevy was extremely nice and friendly. It has been 2 weeks since I purchased my new 2011 Chevy Cruze 2LT and I love it. I have gotten so many compliments. I have told a lot of people that if they are looking for a new vehicle they need to visit Phillips because they are the best :-) Thanks for the great experience of buying a new car...it was greatly appreciated.
