The entire staff at Phillips were amazing. Eugene Wilson, my sales agent, has been amazing. This is my third car I purchased from him and referred my brother as well to him. I was born and raised in Kankakee County and currently reside in Bourbonnais, Il. I graduated from Momence High School and went into the U.S. Marine Corps soon there after. I served from January 1987 to July 1991 with tours in Panama (during the crisis with Noriega and Desert Storm). I had the most outstanding sales experience with Eugene Wilson in April 2011. I went in to try out a Chevy Traverse and within 3 hours I was driving away in the exact car I wanted without any weird pressure to get something else. I found the entire sales experience to be professional and courteous and would recommend Eugene and this dealership to anyone looking for a low pressure highly knowledgeable car buying experience!

I am not big on shopping, and deal with terror when it is time to get a new van. I was so lucky my better half steered me over to Phillips. I asked her help after stopping at a few local places made me feel like I was the main item on the menu. "You can only get conversion vans if you order leather seats, a mirror on the window, etc. etc." Instead from the beginning with their phone staff that had answers and suggestions, to Eugene and Henry and Mike who came together working for me as a curstomer, it was actually pleasant and enjoyable. They found that what I really was needed was just a passenger van where we could take out the seats for our bikes and other sports equipment. I live in Naperville, an hour away, and quite frankly, it would still be worth it to go there if they were two hours away their service and price were so beyond every other dealer. I've found it always pays to listen to what my sweetheart has to say. They have the best Service and Price in the entire state. Why deal with second best?

Eugene and Harry are amazing. This is the first time I have bought a brand new car and you may usually think its painful but the customer service is the best I have ever encourtered and they listened to my needs and really fit me into a car that I wanted instead of being forced. My experience at Phillip Chevrolet was an unforgettable one. When I first entered I was greeting by my Salesman Eugene Wilson with a warm handshake and a friendly smile. This was the first time that I was asked what I wanted "not the only thing that I can get is this". I wanted a used car and came out with a new one with a 100,000 thousand mile warrant. Eugene took me on a tour of the dealship to show me the repair shop where I mat Jackie who was very informative on what to do if I needed repairs or just an oil change. She gave office hours and more. When my tour was over I went to the finance department where I mat YYY, he seemed as if he had my best interest at heart. He made sure all my paperwork was correct. I have recommended Phillips Chevrolet to many of my friends and family. Eugene was the best, there was pressure only pleasure. Thanks for helping me rebuild my credit with a new affordable car.

WOW!WOW! Words cannot explain or describe how wonderful everyone has treated me here at Phillip’s Cheverolet. They have truly earned my business as a value customer. You hear so many bad things about dealerships. And I can say I have had a lot of bad experiences with several. This one has topped all of those experiences. At first I liked dealing with Phillip Chevy. Eugene was a friendly sales rep and easy to deal with. I picked out the car that I wanted and and was offered a competitive price. Then I decided to wait on the purchase of the new car. After returning to the dealership 1 month later it seems the car has increased in price $3,300. The price that was provided by the sales manager Mark was like a slap in face to me, and this made Phillip the highest price Chevy Dealer in the area by $3,900. When comparing the price of the car 1 month later there was no reason for the sharp increase in the price of the car. All of the rebates and sale prices where the same. I don’t know what they were thinking when they offered that high of a price when they knew I was ready to buy. I guess they just can’t handle when a customer needs time to think about a purchase.

I started my search for a new car by looking on their website. I sent an email requesting more information and I received a response from Josh, in internet sales, the same day. We set up a day for me to come test drive the 2011 Cruze I was looking at a week later and who would've thought I would've walked out the door the same day with a new car. This was the first time I have bought a "new" car and I must say I had the best experience ever at Phillips Chevy and I highly recommend this dealership. My sales guy was Eugene and he was great.
