Every time I bring my in vehicles for service, I am impressed at how much personal service is given even though the service department is very busy. The care and detail taken and given by Scott P. is mind blowing! I am also a very big fan of the new Chevy Concierge program and very impressed at how Gina is able to keep up with the demands of all the people she deals with. It is this kind of Customer Service that will keep me coming back for more. Some places just forgot about the "customer" in Customer Service Phillips re-invented it!

My parents have purchased 3 cars from Phillips, and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. The service department is also great, and they work hard to make sure you have what you need. I love that the concierge will arrange for whatever you need while you wait, and a loaner car is offered if you have to leave your car there for more than 10 hours. Everyone there definitely works hard to make you happy so you'll keep coming back.

Brought my Chevy Malibu in because of a clunking sound on the front end just after my warranty had expired. Gina was very helpful in researching my issue. Because I purchased the car from the dealership and the fact that my warranty just expired, Gina was able to write up my work against Chevy's customer loyalty program. Phillips fixed the problem on the same day.

I can drop my car off on my way to work and pick it up after work, and they will even provide me with a ride. I always deal with John in the service department; I have dealt with him when he was at Gibson Chevrolet, and since he was at Ridgeway and now Phillips! He is one of the main reasons that I kept buying cars at Gibsons from 1989 till they closed! He always goes out of his way to help you! Good service means more to me than buying the car experience! The service Manager Tom Wentz also kept me informed and seemed very interested in making sure the job was done correctly. There was a defective part on the car and I really want to thank the mechanic that serviced my car as the problem was difficult to find. He really worked hard I believe to solve the problem. The service department went above and beyond to repair a flat tire on my car that was in my garage at home. They sent someone from Phillips service to my house, take off my tire, bring it back to the dealership, repair it and then bring it back to my house and put it back on my car. Everyone in the service department is always professional, friendly, and helpful! I have never been disappointed! Highly recommend Phillips!

I brought in my 2014 Cruze for an oil change. Not only did I receive an oil change, but I received a free car wash, tire rotations, and an inspection for free! The staff were so nice. They also are! I was very satisfied with my service and without a doubt would recommend anyone to come here!

I had a great experience with Dennis Tibbs. He is very knowledgeable and a very welcoming person. I would highly recommend this dealership. They treat you like one of their own without the pressure tactics. The sales manager Walter Fields was also very friendly and helpful in trying to get the best numbers that worked for me. Another good experience was had with Henry King for aftermarket sales, and Tom Kernagis of finance. They took their time to make sure I understood the products that they were offering. Best experience I've ever had at a dealership. From the time I stepped into the dealership to the time I drove off the lot I felt completely comfortable. Cristina initially set me up with a visit and a test drive, Mr. Miller was my sales representative, Gina was my contact in the service center. You have a great staff and should consider yourselves lucky to have them. Compared to other dealerships I've been to I would certainly rank Phillips in Lansing #1.
