I first dealt with Hani 6 months earlier when looking at used trucks. Hani was very helpful and friendly then. I was not interested, nor ready to buy a new truck at that time. Hani spent alot of time trying to locate the used truck I was looking for, unfortunately the searches came up empty. I did finally find a used 2011 180mi away that looked like a good deal. I took it for a test drive and liked it,but wanted to compare it to a new one. Went back to Hani and took the 3500 ext cab for a test drive and realized new is better. Hani was able to get the price down close to the used price one and made my decision easy.

I am giving this rating today to let people know how easy it was going to this dealership as a first time car buyer! Everyone one was very nice and willing to work with me. The salesman Hani that worked with me on buying my new Chevy Aveo went above and beyond to make sure that prices worked for me along with making sure i chose the right car for me! Even after I made my purchase Hani still kept in contact with me to make sure that I was completely satisfied. at phillips i did not know this gana happen to me..coz 1st i did buy a car on weekend and then i went back to return the car wich i know this would be very hard for me but with phillips they told me any thing you want we do it for you just to make you happey and i told them i wana brand new car with 0 mile on it !! and i wana have same deal the 1st one (1st one was new but demo with 3280 mi.)and guess what ? i did get my new car with zero mile on it and every one in this dealr did his part to help me get this deal..and the only thing they were concern about is i be happey..and i was and im coz i did get what i want and the deal i wana make i got that..so i wana asure any one whos in the market to buy a car just go to pillips and you will see a great ppl. and very nice sales persons...and the best one for us was hani sahoury we gave him hard time to find car and he pull over 8 cars for me and then i pick up the one i got now brand new malibu god bless all phillips employe coz they are very great ppl to buy cars from them i wish all dealrs learn to be like them

Mr. Sahoury is a very straightforward and courteous person; I told him I looked the vehicle in internet and also told him in advance how much I can pay for it, he worked with his manager to get the price I was able to pay. It took me no longer than 45 minutes to close the deal with him and that included a driving test!!! Additionally, he is also making the extra effort looking for the remote start from the previous owner or trying to work out something with the sales manager. Mr. Hawkins took care of the finance; I informed him in advance the interest rate my bank was giving me and he worked diligently to improve it. No hassles...and I am still receiving perks!

I am a 62 year old woman and I really do not know a lot about cars. The quality of work was great because they covered all the basics and questions; I left feeling very knowledgeable about my new car.
Everyone was friendly especially Hani. He is a very pleasant man, and he has a servant's heart. He made me feel very comfortable even though I had no real knowledge about my car.
He took time to show me how to operate the radio and other features. He was truly a great help with getting me signed on to OnStar.
I had to return to get an alarm system put on my car. I was given a loaner without any charge. Now that is what I call great customer service and consideration. I had a great experience and the price of my vehicle was well within my means, and Phillips took the time to give me a fair price for my monthly payments.
I would recommend Phillips Chevrolet to anyone purchasing a car.

I've purchased many new vehicles in the past and this was my best experience. Negotiating a price via email was relatively painless and completed from home. Shopping for the exact truck I wanted took a while, but I found it. This dealer has a significant inventory of Chevy Suburbans. Once I had an acceptable price, I was ready to see it in person. If it wasn't the exact thing I wanted, I was going to keep looking. On arrival, I was turned over to Hani Sahoury (Sales Consultant) who explained the vehicle to me in detail. His desire to please was very apparent, even after the sale was made. His follow up a day later was unexpected, but welcome. I'm confident any concerns I have would be resolved. I recently was helping my sister-in-law replace a car on a very tight budget. We went into Phillips looking for a used car for about $12k. Some of the other dealers that we went to just tried to sell us a new car without any regard for our budget. Upon entering Phillips we were met by Mo. He asked what we were looking for and he asked Hani Sahoury to help us out. Everyone was very polite and it didn't feel like we were dealing with "Used Car Salesmen". Hani listned to what we were looking for and brought 3 cars for us to look at. He never once tried to oversell us. We ended up buying a car that night for exactly what we wanted to spend. I recently went back to Phillips because I needed to replace my old car. I was looking to buy a new chevy equinox. Hani and I talked on the phone and by email and when I arrived at the dealership he had the car I wanted ready for me. We agreed on a price and that was it. All in all a very pleasant experience. I would go back again for my next car and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Do your homework before you go and establish your budget and you should have a relatively easy time.

Then he said I think I have a car you'll both like and he was right. We love our Pontiac G6 GT convertible. We test drove it and it was checked out we were given a price and with a little thought we purchased this great car. We have not had any problems with our car. We drove over an hour & 20 minutes to Phillips Chevrole in Frankfort just to start looking @ new vehicles. Once there, Hani Sahoury, a salesman, greeted us & showed us a couple of different vehicles.
