I grew up in Oak Lawn. I got married in 1979 and moved to Palos Hills. Then moved to Frankfort in 1996. Before Phillips, I worked in retail for 32 years at an independent pharmacy. One of the perks of working at Phillips Chevrolet is the 10 minute commute.

Not only did Vicki and I receive a far superior price with no haggling, the staff from internet rep, jeff, sales, Sam; treated us like VIP customers. Three weeks later, our friend, Bob, also from Wisconsin, is picking up his new Silverado from Phillips. Thank you! And We'll be back for our next Chevrolet from Phillips. We have been shopping for an Equinox for about a month and we knew exactly what we wanted, but was having a hard time finding it in the Quad City area, after visiting several dealers and getting the run around of empty promises of locating us what we wanted, we finally just came home, got on our computer and found Phillips which was only a couple of hours from us. My husband (Marvelous Marv) spoke to Jeff and he let us know that they did have what we were looking for.
So a friend rode along with us and we thought we'd just have lunch while we were up there. When we arrived at Phillips in the rain, they greeted us and opened the door and welcomed us in. We met Rami, who was just absolutely amazing. We've never met a car salesman who didn't yank our chain, but Rami had an honest answer for every question we had and was very knowledgeable about the Equinox.
We then met Phillip whose birthday is the same day as mine. Happy Birthday in July and I'll be checking my mailbox for my card. Ha,ha. Also,very happy with Phillip, although we chose not to use the undercoating etc. Then Yasin in finance, who did an amazing job getting us a very low interest rate and did everything very quickly and also answered all our questions.
We have already gave directions and a referral to someone here and will continue to recommend Phillips. Great job guys! Thanks for everything! Marv and Donna
