This was my very first time purchasing a used car (as all my past cars were purchased new) and my first purchase from Phillips. My salesman, Anthony made the whole experience stress free and is one heck of a nice guy. He helped me set up my 3 free months of Onstar and walked me through all the vehicle controls. Yasin was very friendly during all the contract signings and no pressure was given to buy anything additional. Both guys are how dealership personnel should be. If the need ever arises that I need/want to buy another car, Phillips and Anthony will be my go-to guys. Thanks again for the service and the new car!

I bought my 2013 Chevy Malibu Eco from Phillips about a month ago. I received an email from them advising me that there was a recall on my car. I made an appointment and brought the car in. They let me know in advance that it would take a few hours. The whole time I was there waiting they offered to take my husband and I somewhere to eat or go and stretch our legs. We walked in just wanting to look at a car we spotted on the internet, and walked out with a 2011 HHR. The service was friendly, and the rep didn't "pressure" us into buying the car. The internet response was very quick, which led us to test drive the 2011 Cruze at Phillips Chevrolet. Henry King was very helpful and knowledgeable about this car. The inventory to pick from was tremendous, but we quickly narrowed down our choice. The negotiation part was handled appropriately, since our trade in vehicle was given a sincere amount.
