First off, I drove over 3 hours due to the price of the used vehicle I purchased. Once I arrived, I was greeted immediately when I got out of my truck. I had already worked most of the deal over the phone (didn't want to drive 3 hours for nothing), and was ready to take it for a test drive. After the test drive, the paperwork began. My wife and I were pre-qualified, but after Matt worked his magic, we got a point better on our APR. This is where we hit a small road block (fully on my end), as my wife was not with me. After Rami spoke with the used car manager, explained how I had drive over 3 hours to purchase the vehicle, but my wife was not present to sign the paperwork, we were still able to hold the vehicle until we could both make it back on the weekend. Without this being done by Rami, I would not have a new vehicle now. I couldn't ask for him to put himself any more on the line, as nothing was "official" until we got back to get everything signed. I couldn't ask for better service in my opinion. Rami and Matt are the reason Phillips is #1 in Illinois, and why I would be willing to drive back for another vehicle purchase. Thanks again guys.

Wanted a specific Traverse in color and equipment. Robert Nore found one in Wisconsin and worked out a deal. Rami handled the deal when Robert had training and it went flawlessly. Harry made arrangements for adding a clear film on the front surfaces allowing us to pick up the car on time, ready to go. My wife had just had knee surgery and everyone helped her through the construction with minimal hardship. Considering the tent the sales staff has to work in, they went the extra mile to keep it as simple as possible. We couldn’t be happier with the new Traverse; It’s a great vehicle.
On an extra note; Phillips service department went above and beyond when health issues kept me from picking up my car. They kept it for me on the lot, then rewashed it and delivered it to my house. I can’t thank Chris and Dan enough for their assistance.

"Good Experience"
It was a very good experience. We went in to just test drive a LTZ Traverse I did not have a color in mind. Rami brought out a sliver (which is the color of the SUV I traded in) LTZ loaded to the max and I fell in love. My husband, who did not want to trade in our SS Trailblazer also fell in love with the car. Rami was there to insure us our trade would go smooth. We left with a great car at a great price that same night. Now my son who is 2 everytime he sees the cars he wants to sit in it and watch a movie it doesn't matter if it just stays parked in the driveway.

"First Class Experience"
I had an exceptional experience at Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort Illinois. I purchases two vehicles this week, a Cruze and a Tahoe.
Rami was my sales man, whom showed extensive knowledge on the different vehicles they had to offer. I entered Phillips, undecided what make of car to buy, which Rami helped guide me to making a decision on Chevrolet being the cars to go with. Rafi was the manager that also checked in ensuring that I had a good experience. When I had purchases the vehicles Harry, stepped in, to assist me in some after sales, which I purchased some additional items to be installed on the cars and he walked me thru these steps. Both Business Mangers I dealt with in the Finance department were helpful as well. Everyone at the dealership was very professional in their work. I got good value on my new vehicles and a fair price on my trade-in.
All in all, from start to finish my experience was tremendous. Everybody at Phillips, that I encountered were ready, willing and eager to assist me. It is easy to see that Rami, Rafi, Harry and the finance department are dedicate to providing a first class experience. I would not hesitate, in recommending Phillips Chevrolet, to anyone who is contemplating buying a car.

Well it was the prices online that first caught my attention. After locating the car that I was looking for it was time to take a trip up to Frankfort. (Which FYI is 95 miles from my home) As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Rami and I must say he was probably one of the most honest and friendly salesmen that I have ever worked with. Throughout the whole buying experience Rami was very knowledgeable with the details of the car and the options that were available for financing. It was crazy how friendly he was, it was almost like I had known him for years. And it just so happened that "Ozzy" (Manager of the White Sox) was at the dealership for a PR event, which added to the excitement and overall enjoyment of the whole car buying experience. Seeing as how this was my first car purchase, it went a lot smoother than everyone made it sound. Needless to say I would most definitely recommend both Phillips Chevrolet and especially Rami Alamawi to anyone interested in buying a car.

It is obvious from the moment you arrive at Phillips Chevrolet that they are on a mission to be the best. There is a definite sense of teamwork and willingness to meet all of the customer's needs at every turn of the buying process. Rami was very helpful, and was instrumental in listening to my needs and doing everything he could to make the deal right for both of us. Unlike most dealers I have dealt with who refuse to exit the "what payment can you afford" sales tact, or the new trend of "no-haggle pricing", it was easy to negotiate on my terms of bottom line price after my trade. I walked away feeling like I paid a fair "private party" price, with the added convenience of trading my old car in and financing right on the spot. This was especially important for me, as I was shopping out of state. I would definitely recommend everyone check out Phillips for your next Chevy or used car purchase.

I have to say this was the best car buying experienced I have ever had. My sales professional Rami was very courteous, honest and very patient. Rami did not try to sell me anything I didn't want or talk me into buying anything I didn't need. Their Finance department was very professional and friendly as well. Rami even called me to see how I was doing and ask if was satisfied with my purchase. That is customer service that I find to be rare these days. I have never had that from my past car buying experiences at other dealers.
I also want to mention that the whole atmosphere at Philips Chevy was very pleasant. I will definitely recommend those I know in the market for a vehicle to go to Philips Chevy.

As a female shopping for a car without my husband was always a joke, nobody wants to waste their time with you, they think your wasting their time or don't know how to make a decision. Well that was not the case with Rami Alamawi at Phillips Chevy. Last year I picked out a 2010 Impala told Rami give me your best price and don't push me to leave with the car now or here’s the phone call your husband now at work, the normal lines you get from sales people. Rami spent about two hours with me between a test ride and the bottom line out the door. I left my husband came home from work we decided it was a go. I called Rami told him to have all the paper work and car ready we just want to sign and be out. This was not the first time we bought a new car. When we got there everything was ready and we were out in less than an hour. Needless to say we sold that car to my son so I called Rami we want another car just like that one. We bought a 2011 the whole deal took less than an hour. Rami & Phillips Chevy were over the top in CUSTOMER SERVICE, friendliness, & pricing. They had to make some repairs to the vehicle and they were expertly done. I was considering a new car right after Thanksgiving and went to many dealers with my dad. We came to Phillips and were greeted by Rami one of the salesmen. We let him know we were just looking and wanted some information and would not be buying at this time. Rami showed us the Equinox I was interested and gave us the price information. We left and were extremely pleased that I wasn’t pressured that day. Rami followed up with a call a few days later. Once I was sure of what I wanted, we set up an appointment with Rami to discuss my purchase. I was looking at an upgraded Equinox that was showing on the website but was sold. We showed up at the same time as another customer looking for Rami who did not have an appointment. He did a great job going back and forth between us. My dad who has bought many cars and is not a man to be messed with was even impressed. He told Rami he did not want to go back and forth on pricing and asked for a price on an Equinox that had just come in with the color I wanted. Rami came back with one and my dad did 1 counteroffer which was accepted. We filled out the paperwork and I wanted to pick my car up on my birthday which was 2 days later. Rami asked if we could pick it up Sat since he was off on Friday but since it was my birthday, he had another salesman Hani take care of us. My car even had the big red bow on it! The experience was amazing and I would recommend this dealer and Rami to anyone looking for a Chevy.

I was in the market for a new car, and as usual I started out at Philips Chevrolet. This the 4th new car I purchased from Phillips, so why do I keep going back?
1). There is no hard sell. My wife and I have always been treated with respect and dignity.
2). There prices are the best in the Chicagoland area.
3). They don't "forget about you" after the sale.
4). Their service team is excellent. I've never gave them a problem they couldn't handle.
Thisa go-round, I had the pleasure of dealing with Rami Alamawi, and he was a super sales agent. After a short test drive, and about 30 mins of desk time we signed a deal for a 2011 Equinox.

Buying a car from RAMI ALAMAWI was by FAR the BEST dealership experience I have ever had! Contacted the internet department who gave us a great price and brought our vehicle in to be appraised. We had some "credit issues" and I truly believe every manager in that building did everything they possibly could to get us to where we needed to be. RAMI was compassionate to our situation and not once did I feel like I was being "taken to the cleaners" or looked down upon for our "issues". Finance manager, Yasin Yassin, took it one step further and REDUCED our payment by trying different scenarios with financing. Have you ever gone into the finance office & your payment was LESS??? Being a woman on the scene with my teenage daughter, I knew the last thing I wanted was to be handled by an assertive salesperson. Walking into Phillips Chevrolet, I was greeted by sales consultant, Rami Alamawi, who was very personable and displayed great professionalism. Knowing I was prepared to purchase a vehicle, I had to be certain my overall decision wasn’t in haste. Not deliberately, but I occupied the majority of Rami’s day with my many questions and concerns and throughout the entire course, he acted with extreme patience and attentiveness and not once did I ever feel hurried or compelled. The only complaint I have is the length of time I was there. Four hours from start to finish to purchase a vehicle/trade in. Way too long. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and the car was spotless. Rami walked me through everything and even set up the bluetooth and onstar for me.

1). There is no hard sell. My wife and I have always been treated with respect and dignity.
2). There prices are the best in the Chicagoland area.
3). They don't "forget about you" after the sale.
4). Their service team is excellent. I've never gave them a problem they couldn't handle.

I met Rami after arriving at Phillips for the first time aanintriduced to me from Jackie, their online/phone sales assistant. He was very professional and listened to our wants and needs . He worked very diligently to get David and inthe exact car, color, perks , everything for us as it was not available when we first started. We have been shopping for an Equinox for about a month and we knew exactly what we wanted, but was having a hard time finding it in the Quad City area, after visiting several dealers and getting the run around of empty promises of locating us what we wanted, we finally just came home, got on our computer and found Phillips which was only a couple of hours from us. My husband (Marvelous Marv) spoke to Jeff and he let us know that they did have what we were looking for.
So a friend rode along with us and we thought we'd just have lunch while we were up there. When we arrived at Phillips in the rain, they greeted us and opened the door and welcomed us in. We met Rami, who was just absolutely amazing. We've never met a car salesman who didn't yank our chain, but Rami had an honest answer for every question we had and was very knowledgeable about the Equinox.
We then met Phillip whose birthday is the same day as mine. Happy Birthday in July and I'll be checking my mailbox for my card. Ha,ha. Also,very happy with Phillip, although we chose not to use the undercoating etc. Then Yasin in finance, who did an amazing job getting us a very low interest rate and did everything very quickly and also answered all our questions.

Found a Cruze I was interested in on the website. I requested an online quote after closing hours and was surprised to get one from Chris Saribekian in several minutes. I did not expect one until the next morning. The price quote was very good. The next morning I called Phillips Chevy and verified the car was there and went in for a test drive. However, I was quite impressed by the Philips-chevy dealers, they contacted me several times once I visited them. Yesterday, I just stopped by to give some paperwork but found RAMI ALAMAWI who took care of me and send me home with my dream car and I couldn't believe that. Now 7 years later we walked in to purchase a Chevy Cruze and where glad to find out things hadn't changed. We still got the same service as we did before. The Chevy Cruze I wanted was a hard one to find. I almost thought I would have to go with another car that wasn't my first choice. Rami Alamawi and his team some how pulled it off and got me exactly the car I wanted. Not once did they offer me another model or try to push me into another car that would be easier for them to sell me. They kept on the hunt and found me what I wanted. I know everyone loves buying a new car but absolutely hates dealing with car salesmen but at Phillips it's different. All I can say is if you looking to buy a car give them a try. I think you'll be satisfied.

Well it was the prices online that first caught my attention. After locating the car that I was looking for it was time to take a trip up to Frankfort. (Which FYI is 95 miles from my home) As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Rami and I must say he was probably one of the most honest and friendly salesmen that I have ever worked with. Throughout the whole buying experience Rami was very knowledgeable with the details of the car and the options that were available for financing. It was crazy how friendly he was, it was almost like I had known him for years. And it just so happened that "Ozzy" (Manager of the White Sox) was at the dealership for a PR event, which added to the excitement and overall enjoyment of the whole car buying experience. Seeing as how this was my first car purchase, it went a lot smoother than everyone made it sound.
