Vince impressed me on several levels. For starters, this was warranty work and he didn't have a chance to upsell me on anything but still treated my concerns as a number one priority. What really impressed me was his constant communication; I am a "car guy." I can't tell you how many dealerships/shops have serviced my cars and I had to constantly call them for a status on my repair. Vince made sure he called me every day with an update. This wasn't annoying, this was professional. I even called the service manager Dennis to commend Vince on his job well done. I also agreed to write this review on his behalf. Keep up the great work Vince. You can service my cars anytime, and I will only ask for you from now on.

The service at Phillips Chevrolet in Frankfort, Illinois has been great. The employees are friendly and courteous. When I contacted the dealership the sales personnel was knowledgeable and they took the time to explain the different options I had and I did not feel pressured. The service department has been prompt have answered my questions. If I need to speak to anyone in the service dept. there is someone available to take my call. Also, I like the service hours.

I went in for my scheduled oil change and received excellent customer service. These guys really know what they are doing. Although the oil change took a bit longer than what I had expected, over an hour, I was confident they were checking my car out thoroughly. They even gave it a great wash but I wish they would have vacuumed the interior while they were at it. Waiting is state of art with the big, flat panel TV's and three vending machines which were very affordable. I am looking forward to my next service appointment

It was nice to have an appointment time and have my car fixed at that time, and not have to wait hours for a mechanic to become available to do the work. Was told it would take 45 minutes to an hour. Imagine my surprise when it was done in less than 30 minutes.

I wanted to take a moment to comment on my new Traverse--I am extremely happy with it. My experience with Rami A. was excellent! He is very concerned that he makes his customers happy. I worked with him for two days and he was wonderful the entire time! When I finally received my vehicle, he was very patient and thorough in explaining how to use everything in the Traverse. He insisted that I come back if I have any questions at all, and I will, without a doubt. I feel very comfortable asking him questions. Another reason I have returned to Phillips (this is my 5th vehicle from Phillips) is because of the Service Dept. The managers are always friendly and helpful, and the service I have received has been excellent and hassle free.

I was in a complicated situation with an early termination of a lease on a Nissan Maxima, they were able to help me get out of the lease after 8 months and get me into a New Traverse. I have never had a bad experience there. Everyone is always friendly, and willing to take the extra step to make you happy. They have an exceptional service department, very diligent in making sure the customer is satisfied and the necessary repairs get made. The dealership also is very clean, and well cared for, which is a sign of how they treat their employees and customers. I wish every car buying experience could work this way, and I know I am not the easiest to deal with when it comes to sales.

I had zero wait time. I pulled into the service center, and John Smidt came and welcomed me, and took me to a computer to get started. I told him what the problem was, and he entered the info in the computer. He was very friendly and personable. As I was giving information, Ted Walsh, the mechanic, came up and greeted me and exchanged pleasantries with me, along with asking some pertinent questions. Ted was very knowledgeable and helpful, and it made me feel good to meet the mechanic! I waited in the comfortable waiting room, and then had the pleasure of working with Christine Smrstik. Christine was very thorough in the fact that I had recently gotten married, and there was a name discrepancy with the warranty. She took care of it in a jiffy, and it was a non-issue! She was very personable and friendly. In the end, she gave me my receipt, and explained everything in detail to me. I had a great experience and would return in a second.
